Return Process
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Wecandodt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option to return the product.
Return Conditions:
Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, and once approved, you have 7 days to ship the product
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
1. Registration
You can only report a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order. The email should include:
Reason for return
Order number
Name/address information as stated on the order
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition/original packaging

2. Packaging Requirements
Please pack your items carefully, making sure to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:
Pack the package exactly as you received it
Ensure the package is properly sealed to avoid damage during transportation
Print the packing slip and include it with the return
Cover the old shipping label with the new return label
3. Shipping Process
Please take the package to the post office and keep your shipping receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for the shipping and for ensuring that the return package arrives properly! We cannot take responsibility if your package is not properly registered and does not reach us.

4. Refund Process
After receiving your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Please pack the item carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. By law, you are obligated to handle the product with care to avoid damage. Wecandodt reserves the right to claim compensation for damage to products caused by insufficient packaging—this means that if the product has been used, we will have to charge additional costs.
